Rented as a villa, the Old Fort is ideal for families, a group of friends, or a dive club.  It has earned itself a high reputation over the past twenty years with its numerous awards and recognition.  This intimate castle-like estate house is ideal for dive groups. Cool and breezy, The Old Fort Villa commands some of the best views of nearby Mustique, and the Grenadine Islands. Set on thirty acres of lush, tropical grounds, the five intimate holiday rooms provide hard-to-find classic old world ambiance in a beautiful, natural setting. The Old Fort is the only historically restored property on Bequia. It dates from when French settlers made their first European impact on the Grenadine Islands.  

As a villa rental, you will have exclusive use of the property; e.g., the estate house, gardens, pool and patios, indoor and open air bar, a club room with fireplace, dinning areas, facility rooms and stores. The villa consists of 5 guest rooms with in-suite bathrooms sleeping 10 - 16 persons. The master suite includes a sitting room, master bedroom, kids room and balconies. (additional beds are available).

A household staff of 4 will cater to your every need -. daily menu planning, cooking, tours, activities, etc.  Rental vehicles or open air taxis can be arranged. Local market shopping and provisioning can be handled by staff if you wish (the villa can also be rented without staff if desired).

From The Old Fort Estate, a few minutes walk or drive will take you to nearby beaches, or to the picturesque harbor and Dive Adventures.

Rates are in US dollars per week for the five room option. Package includes: 7 nights, 10% service charge, 7% Gov't. tax 5 days of two tank Dive Adventures boat dives per person.  A 50% deposit (VISA, Master Card, or personal check) is required at time of booking. Cancellation policy requires written notice to be received 60 days prior to date of arrival and will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the total value of the booking (after 60 days prior to date of arrival deposits become nonrefundable). Payment for final balance in VISA and Master Card is due upon check in.
